At Trust & Will, we’re committed to making your estate planning journey as seamless as possible. Our latest updates make it quicker, easier, and clearer for you to grant access to your estate planning details—especially when working with your financial advisor.
We currently provide two different access types that you can choose from:
Limited Access: Allows others to view your plan type and progress. (Only Financial Advisors can receive limited access.)
Viewer Access: Allows others to view your estate planning documents.
With just a few steps, you can invite your financial advisor (or anyone else) to access your estate plan. Once invited, the status will appear as “Pending” on your dashboard. If they accept the invite, the notification will disappear, providing a clear record of their granted access. However, if the invitation expires before being accepted, you’ll need to resend it.
You’re always in control—access can be removed at any time. Keep in mind that this action cannot be undone. If access is removed, a new invitation will need to be sent to re-share your information.
These updates reflect our dedication to empowering you and your advisors to stay aligned with ease and transparency as you navigate the estate planning process.
